COVID-19 Notice to Customers and Disclaimer

On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has had an unexpected and profound impact on all of our daily lives and businesses. COVID-19 has changed a lot in the way we do business in the CLASSVAN VIP Airport Transfer and how we interact with our customers.

With so much uncertainty and concern about COVID-19 remaining, we know that COVID-19 is highly contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. It can also be spread by touching a surface or object with the virus, then touching your mouth, nose or eyes. Some evidence suggests that COVID-19 can survive for several days on certain surfaces.

At the CLASSVAN VIP Airport Transfer, we have implemented various preventive measures to reduce the risk of COVID-19 spreading among our customers, drivers and office staff. However, we do not give any warranty or guarantee against the risk of infection.

Here’s what we’re doing

We have improved our cleaning procedure for all vehicles, paying special attention to cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, seats, seat belts and passenger controls. Our supervisors conduct routine quality assurance audits to clean and inspect our vehicles.

We have implemented a company-wide policy designed to limit physical interactions between employees, drivers, customers and visitors in our office. Employees working in or around our office and physically interacting with customers are guided to adhere to certain general hygiene and social distance requirements. We have also developed a process to screen our employees for COVID-19 symptoms and exposure.
Our employees and drivers will wear masks and disposable gloves while inside our vehicles and interacting with customers. We applied a check-in process for our drivers and office staff. We restrict access to our office and any employee or visitor entering our office must wear a mask.

Here’s hat you can do

You need your help to stay healthy and reduce the risk of contracting COVID-19. Protect yourself and take social responsibility. If possible, maintain a social distance of at least six (6) feet from others.Wear a mask, especially in places like grocery stores and other public businesses. Wash your hands asoften as possible for at least twenty (20) seconds, using soap and water. Carry hand sanitizer and useit often. Clean and wipe the high contact surfaces regularly. Clean and wipe personal items such asphones and wallets, and clean areas inside your vehicles, such as the steering wheel. Avoid contact with others who are sick. If you feel sick, isolate yourself from others and seek medical help.
